if seen people do it but only saw it for the pc version, i also saw a moonwalk cheat other cool stuff, but i wanted to know if theres anyway you can raise the water in xbox version, it would be cool to have a flood in san andreas, Here's a link to show you a pic of it
i do not think there is because in my cheats there isn't and i got my cheats from www.gtasanandreas.net/cheats/xbox.php try it
From what I've read, that is only an option/cheat on the PC version. Might be out of luck until the next GTA release.
