I have downloaded DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter. I have used shrink to reduce the file size and burned the DVD to my hard drive. I'm now confused about how to get the files moved from hard drive to the DVD. Sonic is the DVD burning software that came with my computer. Between the 3 programs is there a way to do this? Thanks
I'm not very familiar with sonic it came with my comp as well but to ugrade to the dvd burner it wasn't worth it If you have the full version of sonic I would think: 1. open sonic 2. It should ask you what you want to do or something like that. 3. It should ask you for a source pick the file you burn the video to you hard drive in. 4. Then it should ask you for a destination pick you dvd burner. 5. Everything else should be like burning a cd. If you have nero shrink burn directly from it automatically when you have it set to. You can use an OEM version of nero it doesn't have to be the full version. In which you can find very cheap on the net like Five Bucks or something.
Just use Shrink and Decryptor! When Shrink processes movie and Backs up, an option is to save as an iso and burn with Decryptor. Don't need Sonic or even Nero!
I didn't that, Nero came with my burner and all the Shrink Guides suggest or involve Nero so thats what I use but dang you learn something new everyday good info StanH1000.
If you have Shrink outputting an iso file you can just go into My Computer and right click on the file and change the properties to Sonic. From that point on after you Shrink you can then just go back into the file and double click and Sonic will open and all you have to do is burn. This does not change anything else you can always burn with any program it just makes it easier to burn with Sonic. My two cents.
