Burner not responding

    I have had a working program for some time although I have not used it id several months. I tried to burn a DVD. I have tried with both Simple and Advanced. all works well until I reach Start (with Simple) or I choose Advanced. I insert the DVD and then nothing happens. I check with Control-Alt-Delete and the program apperars to be Not Responding. I disabled Norton and Reinstalled the program with no success.

    Any help?

    This is an old program, and cannot handle the newer encryptions on DVD's. Just what movie are you trying to burn?
