    Hello all,

In a nutshell, I work in a video store. Part of my job is to create movie trailers that I get (apple trailers, off the dvd etc.) and convert them from their former formats (.mov,.avi.vob.mpg 1...) to dvd format (MPEG 2).

Conversion is very simple thanks to our purchase of Sony Sound Forge 8.0 and the adding of our video store logo with movie trailer info made possible from Sony Vegas 6.0.

Now that I have these Titled, Logo'd, and properly formatted individual MPEG 2 files (trailers) I would normally use Nero Vision Express to make a very simple DVD full of trailers.

But... my question is, rather than deleting some trailers in order to make all of these fit on a disc, HOW DO I USE NERO RECODE TO COMPRESS THESE MPG2 TRAILERS SO THAT I CAN FIT MORE AND BURN THEM ONTO OUR DVD-R'S?

    I've tried
    1. Recode and entire DVD to DVD
    2. Recode main movie to DVD
    2. Remake a DVD

Those first 3 doesn't allow cause it only allows importing of an actual dvd movie not mpg2 files

    Now the last 2 of:

    4. Recode DVD'S and Videos to Nero Digital
    5. Recode Main Movie to Nero Digital

Does allow me to import my homemade mpg 2 movie trailers but it saves in a folder. What do I do with these files.

I do not recognize them 'cause they're mpg4 files.

Doesn't nero recode resize (compress) my mpg2 trailers so that I can fit mor onto our dvd-r's?

    All comments much appreciated!
