Hello the downloaded movie files I watch useing showtime work fine except when I change to full screen. The movie plays but about two thirds of the screen[sides] are blurry straight up and down the screen. Only about one movie so far has worked so far in full screen. The same goes with power dvd 5 thanx
I had the same problem with power DVD. I found that I had to many media players on computer. They were conflicting. I uninstalled powerDVD, grabbed the newest updates for nero ultra edition, and viola! Problem solved. Worked for me!
