Burning error at 16x WHat the hECK!

I was burning video clips to a blank cd *dont worry file size is under 700mb* they are maxwell and tdk. SOme things wrong, sometimes it burns successfully and sometimes it just says Burning error at 16x WHAT THE HECK! Help me heres log file

Dear jaylimb,
Many people have experiencd problems burning beyond 4x. Maybe you could try burn at 2-4x and see how things go.

 

but i still get errors at 4x too
