hiya i've got my mates xbox its not chiped ..... the problem is that when you switch it on it comes up and loads a game fine ... the problem is if i switch it off and then put it on it does not boot up and the dvd-rom will not open i'm not sure if it is over heating or not any suggestions........? thanks
Not quite sure I understand you, your saying that It [bold]does[/bold] start up ok when it's cold and then when you shut it off and try to restart it, it powers off? Could be a faulty power supply or it may be full of dust and crap that it's not getting proper ventilation.
