Eurovox or Starview 4? I have read good things about the Krptview on here and other places, but havent really seen them for sale.

I live in Merseyside England, not sure if that info may sway the decision, but it may have something to do with networks and various systems in plac by the providers..

Any help given will be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi all. I have digivox and was living in Ireland when the boxes went. Ive just moved to Scotland for a year and brought the box with me. Any way of getting it to work? Tried factory reset, emu on but no joy yet.

is this just in Ireland or the UK as well. I been thinking of going for a Starview but after reading these threads i'll go for the Kryptview but if everything is going to be off by the end of the year whats the point in buying any box. Some advice would be a great help.

well cheers 4 letting me know what the people who know what there're talking about think, lets hope we've got till next year at least. As 4 subscribing to S*Y why r u on here if thats your opinion. yes we have a bit of bother with the boxes but if its for free you've got to expect to put some effort in getting them working. its half the fun, us against the man. YEAH!

as I posted earlier a cheap and quick way to get chans is to buy a dish and a dreambox a 65 cm dish or an old sky dish will suffice to start, a Dreambox 500 will set ya back about 50 to 60 euros,go the route of a CS (loads of threads on here about it) as Ramsey would say, DREAMBOX WITH CS, Done........... Thats about 100 Euros approx, now there is the cost of getting it set up if you cant do it yerself, but if you have a Sky dish already, pop the Dream on and thats half the battle, now if you want a bigger dish and to add a motor to it, its an extra cost, but they are the options if yer wallet has a bit extra in it
