Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

    I just run across this program in the net. I´m not even sure what exactly does. I would appreciate some comments. Is it any good? Is it very complex?What is it good for. Thanks a lot in advance.

    dvd authoring . great program a little complex though.

    I think Premiere is for Video Editing and Encore is for DVD Authoring. I guess you can take avi files and cut them or add stuff like credits to a movie. You can then probably render them to DVD compliant (maybe even HD) and Author them with Encore.

    This is coming from my working with Sony Vegas, though I mainly use Vegas to encode Dolby Surround. I think Premiere is the Adobe version of Vegas.
