Boot disk

    I can not get my xbox to boot the install disks that i made nero after creating the iso from craxtion. I have used different medias and going through disk like there is no tomorrow. I have tried doing a evox install and also a AID v2.11 install and no results. I take that back i did get evox installed on original hdd. i used a memorex cd-r. What am I doing wrong please help?

    media used:
    memorex cr-r
    sony cd-rw
    maxwell dvd-r
    sony dvd+r

    I know that the boot file is called default.exb

    HELP PLEASE

    I have a phillips dvd drive in my xbox. I am trying swap hdds.

    hello, correction to the above.

    I did not install the evox via cd-r. I FTPed it to the original hdd.s I use the cd-r to flash the bios to the chip.

    I am going to try to ftp AID v2.11 to the original hdd. maybe if i can get it loaded then I will be able install new hdd.
