    Hello
I had an old version of which i had to uninstall to install the new version of nero.

I then tryed to load nero suite onto my computer.
Nero vision loaded fine but when it got to nero 6, an error came up which stated that: a file msa.dll is missing and needs to close, and the installation has failed.
Then a warning from my anti-virus thing comes up and saids that this file has a virus on it.

i've restored my computer and tryed the process again but the same thing keeps coming up.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?
    Can someone please help me!

    Thanks

Heres the error in more detail:

An error occured during the copy process(filename: msa.dll)
The system cannot find the specified file.
Please reboot your computer and retry.

I also know that the file "msa.dll" is an "Windows Media Audio" Plugin

    Does anyone know whats happening?
    thanks

what new nero version u have? i know that nero has 3 packages for the trial. and 6 packages for updates. the nero 6 is in package 1 of both of the trial and updates. u should install this first before nero vision which is on package 2

Hey thanks for the help guys.
    I eventually solved the problem.
I cleaned Nero, then I found out that it was my virus protector, blocking the file, which needed an update.
    I then reinstalled it again.
