hello all my prob is when I burn my movie files with nero vision that are 16:9 I want them to be 4:3 on my new dvd I do hit the 4:3 button on the edit film part ... but it still gets burned 16:9 when the dvd is done and played on the dvd player 16:9 please help and thanks
If you mean you want to watch 16x9 video on a 4:3 NTSC TV then encode it with TMPGEnc Plus as DVD NTSC(not 16x9 though) and in the "Filter setting" page of the wizard, push the Other Settings button. On the Advanced Tab, Video arrange Method select "full screen keep aspect ration 2". You should get a video with black bars at the top and bottom with letter box video in the center. If you mean you actually want 4:3 video, then people are probably going to look very tall and thin if you change the aspect ratio.
