Help!!!! my AC3filter keeps looking for rundll32

I recently downloaded ac3filter and ran it by choosing ac3filter config under my startmenu and it just looks for rundll32.exe and say that it can't find it.
What can I do? Any assitance is much appreciated! Thanx

just download a fresh copy of the AC3 codecs and install or the nimo codec pack
