Actually i had bought DVD x copy gold before they went offline... and i had reformatted my computer... but never installed it..due to no time. I decided to reinstall it... and when i put my License key and Password.. it will not work now.Says something about it being used already.. or something like that.. so now i am stuck without knowing how to get it to work.

Good luck. I bought 2 copies (1 for each computer) and I couldnt activate either as they were rejected by the server. After 3 days of support (if you call it that) They told me "too bad so sad, have a nice day". Finally had to figure it out myself to get them to work. I figure I had to legit copies with licenses, I had the right to use them..
