Slow Printing

    I have this friend who I would like to help. When she hits the print key,it's taking a tremendous amount of time to print.

    We just added 1gig of memory and that didn't seem to help.

    Should I do a clean install of the printer?

    This is a forum for "DVD BURRNING" not printing trouble shooting. Go to the site of the printer and use there trouble shooting area for your printer problem.
