Hi, i have recently tried to upload the latest software from the Sony Ericsson website, i download the pc client, the java applet appears and the appears intialising the phone, then i press update, at this point it says remove phone from usb and allow 20 secs to fully shut down, i do this, then it says whilst pressing and holding down the "c" button on the phone attach the phone back onto the usb cable. i do this, then i keep the "c" button held down and nothing happens i have disabled my firewall but still nothing happens i have kept my finger on the "c" button for over a minute recommended by sonyericsson helpdesk. i just can not upload the software onto my phone. can any one help. my current software versions is R1A044 prgCXC1250036_EU_3_C L R1A044.
