I'm trying to copy Weekend at Bernie's. The movie has both English and French audio tracks already. How can I change it so the default start language for the DVD is in French instead of Enlish?? Mitch
@pickle122 U have to re author it soo it goes first in the list.... 2 u can also try not tickin the english trach and just make it a french movie...
maybe this might help to change audio streams with pgcedit goal: setting language stream number 1 (e.g. GERMAN) to be 2 (or n) and make audio stream number 2 (ENGLISH) the default audio stream number 1 0: open your files in pgcedit 1: search for the main title (take a look at the length), the audio streams of which you want to change 2: click *edit pgc* 3: in this new window click the first audio stream (which might be german or french ...) 4: now use the slide and move the from postition 0 (in my example) to 1 0 is 0x80 and thus audio stream number 1, whereas 1 is 0x81 and thus stream number 2 (not 1!!!) next move former stream number 1 (your english stream) to 0 (i.e. 0x80 which is the primary audio stream) finalize this via *SET* 5: click *current domain stream attributes* ++++++++++++++++ 1: as the previous audio stream number (0x80) may have been DE (german) you might now want to set the language to EN(glish) 2: for further abbreviations you can click *iso639 language codes* and see what you might need to type into the fields this should be all hope it helps
thanks guys, I think I'm going to try pgcedit. Besides that I don't know much about re-authoring, I've always avoided it because someone told me it reduces video quality... I get the feeling that is crap, but oh well I've always found a way around it.
ok, title 2 and title 3 are the same length, with the same audio settings. the EXACT same audio settings, should I change them both?
