I noticed that my Nero Burn DVDs apparently are not fully compatible with the Home DVD players, some run them perfectly but some shows with "no disc", others with "scramble and intermittent speed", no to mention that they randomly behave.
I use DVD Decrypter, Nero, AMD ATHLON 64 3500+, win xp professional,
DVD R/RW Pioneer 107D and EMPREX DVD R/RW 16x, Dual.
    Any advice?
    thanks.

Probably has to do with the age and playback capabilities of your DVD players. Generally the +r media will play in the newer players without a problem unless there were errors in the burn itself.

please post LAST section of your Nero log, which is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log, but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar

If they are +r change the booktype bitsetting so the disk is recignized as a -rom if there -r's they will only play on -r compatable players

Have you tried a different type of media; preferably something "Made In Japan?"

    @ ce2001 hi :)
we need a little more information
a log would be nice (as creaky has requested as most of this information can be gleaned from the log)
the way you go about getting to the end product
    media used
    burn speed

I do stand corrected concerning the suggestion of looking for media that is made in Japan. It is much harder to find and yes, the ones made in Taiwan are realiable using reputable brands. My Maxells are a fine example.
