I'm having a problem burning this one movie to VCD. Encoding hits 100% at about 24 minutes but the timer just keeps running as if it's still encoding. Right now the timer as it 46 minutes and running, can someone tell me why this isn't finishing?
with the limited info you have provided it could be anything. What is your pc stats? what is the O/S? what programs are you using to encode? do you get any error messages and if so what are they?
