Hi, Im trying to convert these xvid avis into mpeg with main concept and the videos fine but the audio is out of sync! I follow the instructions in the guide but its always out of sync. What do I do? Also Im trying to convert this pal xvid... (is there such thing as a pal xvid?) well its from the uk and i want to convert it into dvd but when i did it there was no sound! What do i do? iS there a better program with the same ease as Main Concept? THanks for you help in advance!
That AVI has MP3 VBR audio instead of MP3 CBR. 1) Open the movie with VirtualDub. You'll receive warnings. Set Audio__Full processing mode and do File__Save WAV. Follow http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/190445 .
thanks. Ill try it. My avi file is PAL how do I convert it to NTSC with Main Concept? Is that even possible? How about the lagging audio? How do i remedy that? I use Main Concept Encoder and I use DVD Architect to author the dvd... Ive searched with the keywords everyone says to search for.... AUDIO OUT OF SYNC and PAL TO NTSC... I dont know which one will solve my problem. Could anyone point me to a topic which solves my problem? Thanks so much
hi i chuck my avi in either film machine or avi2dvd, it does it all for you... not sure on audio but pal to ntsc yes
