Trouble copying Shrek

    I'm trying to burn Shrek and it keeps erroring out on me. I'm running Anydvd in the background and trying to shrink it with DVD Shrink 3.2. When I click open disc and it starts to analyze it gets to 71% and then I get the following error message. Would appreciate any help.


    DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.


    Failed to read file "E:\"


    Incorrect Function.


    Would appreciate any insight.

    are you doing other things with the computer while this is going on? The disc might be scratched or dirty too.

    Thanks for the reply. I have located the problem. It seems my children have scratched my original copy and that is the exact spot that it stops analyzing. Thanks again, sorry to waste your time.
