How to change m$ dashboard background?

    hey everyone i have a xboxbg.xbx file. How do I put it into the default.xip file? i dont know if i just put xboxbg.xbx file into the default.xip file anywhere or do i have to replace something can someone show me how to do this? has some one done this and can show me how they set it up?
