    Hello Everyone,

I wonder if someone can help me out with this problem I am having. I am using ADOBE Premiere Pro to capture video from my camcorder. My problem is that it consistantly drops frames on me. I tried to disable the video and audio during the capture but this does not correct the problem.

    Can anyone help me out?

I figured out what was wrong. I had to write to the same disk that Premiere was installed on. I guess writing to a HD on a different IDE channel is more time consuming.
I am going to install Adobe Premiere on a seperate HD from my apps.
