.VOB to DVD on MACINTOSH (OSX)

Is it possible to burn .VOB files (already
decoded) to a DVD?

I don't have the original .ifo file, and dont
know how to create one.

Are the .vob files on a dvd the only
encoded files? Therefore, if i can decode
vob files, can i just copy all the other files
on the dvd then burn them with toast?
