I have been using DVDFab Decrypter when backing up my movie collection. I recently tried to back up a personal copy of "Hitch" with Will Smith, but came up with an error message. The message stated I should send this to them ( themakers of DVDFab Decrypter) , but I did see an address. I also tried to use DVD Decrypter, but to no avail.Has anyone else had a problem backing up this movie. It is from Sony Corp. Thanks!!

    Here is the error report:

I had a similar problem with this movie, with both shrink or decrypter returning errors. Then a post on another thread gave me a thought. The post said that the disc was full of useless files which just take up space, as I'd never got it into shrink (failed on analyse), I had'nt looked at the file structure.

So I went back to decryter and ripped in file mode, and it worked first time.

It seems if you try to rip this disc in ISO READ mode there is a dummy file which stops the process, and forces the error, but ripping in file mode, spots this dummy file and replaces it. If you watch the status window, it actually tells you which LBA address it replaces.

This is the only way I've found to get this disc to rip, after that just pass it through shrink, by using open files button.

It worked for me, hope this helps.
