Hello Im trying to upgrade the unti using the CD that I received in the mail the other day. It says right on the CD "Please do NOT Upgrade before calling (800) 605-8453. I called that number twice and told to leave a message and then wait for further assistance?? I say "Im trying to upgrade." A few seconds later pass and then Im disconnected!! Has this happened to anyone? They claim it's quality assistance right on the recorded announcement. I called the other number 1-800-242-7158 and was on hold for 20 minutes with dead silence. Call the 800 number found on your owners manual. The customer service center rep can walk you through it too.
