It is illegal to make a copy of rented material!! Is this movie actually on your harddrive or is it still on disc. If so, what did you use to rip it to the harddrive. To make a backup copy of a disc you "own", you'll need an app that will decrypt the CSS code and an app that will shrink it to fit and burn on one single-layered DVD-5 blank disc. There are several to choose from. Recommend downloading these free apps from this site...DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink and DVD43. The first 2 apps have guides to help you on this site, the last simply runs in the background on your computer. Click the link on my sig to get all the help you need. In addition, AnyDVD is, by far, the best but it cost after a trial period and free lifetime updates! You'll prefer it over DVD43!
