I downloaded DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. I encrypted the files for the DVD that I need to backup. DVD Shrink then said that it would burn the files using DVD Decrypter. DVD Shrink closed and DVD Decrypter opened. The correct .ISO opened, but at the bottom of the screen it says "Device Not Ready (Cannot Read Medium - Unknown Format)" I've changed DVD-R's and even tried a DVD-RW, but can't seem to get it to work. Do I need to format the DVD-RW before I use it? Any help? Thanks

What is the make and model of your burner, are you sure it writes to -R media? Open Decrypter and go to the Tools tab, then drive then capabilities, and post the info here. This is what it looks like
Hello everyone I also have this problem. I get that message when i put the DVD-R disk in there. I checked my burner and it says DVD- Re writable. Any ideas how i can fix this?
