can you convert .mpg to .bin and cue format?

I wanted to know if you can convert an .mpg file to a bin and cue format? Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

If it's (S)VCD compliant then you can use VCDEasy. Set the CD Writer to "CD Image File Recorder" and it will spit out a bin/cue set.
