Hello everyone I am new to this sit and also new to dvd burning system. I downloaded avi file then i convert that to dvd format by Vso divxtodvd then tried to burn with nero start smart. when i play this dvd in my dvd player sony DVP-NS725P model it says cannot play the dvd. But if i play that dvd in my computer that works fine. Another thing if i burn that dvd by clicking auto dollby icon then my sony player plays same dvd but there is no sound. Even if i play that dvd in my computer same happens vedio is ok but there is no sound. If any body knows the solution of this problem i will really appriciate his or her help. Thanks dark
hi not to sure really? sounds like some setting somewhere? i use film machine to convert avi to dvd and it can burn to! a free app
I Have also encountered that problem (not playing in DVD player) I found out that my DVD player would only play DVD+R and for some reason NOT DVD-R discs. I now burn everything in the +R format and no longer have that problem. It may not solve YOUR problem but could be it. Good luck.
it is not the problem i can play -R and +R in my dvd player. yeah you are right it looks that there are some settings but I have tried all the setting still same problem.
