DVD plays on deskpc, my settop player, but not Laptop?

I successfully burned my first movie and was really excited until I through it in my laptop and the drive(DVD-CD)says "No Disc..Cant access Drive D..Retry? Ect"

Ive tried everything to see what could be wrong. The disc was a burned from DeCrypter, then used PrimoDVD to burn. The movie was under 4.3 GIGs so not very difficult. It plays fine on the drive it was created from.(desktop) it plays in my Pioneer Set top Player.....But not my laptop. I also tried it in some elses laptop and it loaded fine.
Do I need to add something to insure the recognition and loading of the movie by more Players?
Please help.......Im getting the hang of it but a little frustrated. FYI....Using Power dvd on my laptop......also my laptop plays other DVD's just fine.
