You can FTP into your xbox to the directory that you've put your emulators. And delete the folders containing them, then restart your xbox. or If you're using Avalaunch you can go into the file manager off the main menu, navigate as described above, press start on the folder(s) you want to delete and once the file manages resets itself restart the xbox.
