hey i was wondering if anybody can help me with this: i dont know which version of nero vision express i had before, i think it was 3...but i remember i was always making movies, i would add the video file, then set wallpaper that sorta thing. then i would burn it...take anywhere from 1-2 hours including encoding...and burning ( i think its encoding ). well, when it was done, it asks me if i want to burn another copy, i say yes, then pop in a dvd, and to my amusement, it skips the encoding process, like its cached already or something, then just burns it in less than 10 minutes! i was like cool. so after i found that out, i would make copies hella quick like that. now here is the issue: i tried installing nero vision express on a newer computer i built, and after i burn the movie, it asks me to make another copy, so...i hit yes of course, but instead of it burning another copy, it starts the rencoding allllllllllll over again, and it says ridiculous times to, like 2-5 hours, and it always always recodes it, never does it like before. so for some reason my nero on the main computer gets corrupted , so i reinstall, ( not using the same exe as before ) this is the same nero that is on the newly built one. and it is doing the same thing! i can no longer make quick copies anymore i dont know why its rencoding every single time! how come its not letting me make quick copies and skipping the encoding process anymore ? !! please help, thx p.s ( sorry if its so long )
in another thread i read about an update that created some changes you might want to save the project and then burn again from it see if that works
