DVD2One cant copy this movie?

Im trying to copy "Count of Monte Cristo" and its not going to well.
My Setup: ECS7k MB, 256Ram, 40Gig7200RPM,
Pioner a-05 DVD-R drive.

I rip with Smart Ripper (tried 3 times), every time im done NERO says its not a valid Video File.

I have succesfully copied about 20 DVD's with DVD2One with the above system, nothing has been installed or changed on the system. In fact I burned a movie(worked), Count of M C (3 fails), burned another movie succesfully. SO what Im saying is I tried to burn 3 movies last night
WASABI (worked)
Count of M C ( ripped and failed 3 times)
The Wrong Guy (worked)

the total file size is 4.36 so it should be fine. Nero has done everything else fine, Im puzzled, any help?

Solved the problem (well no problem). Seems it works fine today. Ripped succesfully.
