Do I have to buy a dvd burner to install the BIOS and stuff or can I use the cable and my router for that too? Cause DVD burner prices are waaay too high.

DVD burners are not way high. You can get even the new double layer at Circuit City now for less than $100.00--external or internal. That's without rebate or discount too. Many have those and you can save even more.

I know but I really don't want to spend any money right now on a dvd burner. So I'm trying to find a way around it when I have to save the new dashboard and everything.
