i have just been sent a cd to download and install the nero burning rom, but my computer will not accept it? i dont know why, im using windows xp home edition, and i am on adsl broadband? and i have done a virus scan. so i dont know why this software is not coming up. can anyone help with any suggestions, ty.
are you unable to download the software, or have you downloaded it and it won't run. or will the cd not run ?. your post is very confusing. maybe it's me, it is very early on top of 4hours sleep
i cannot download the software, because the cd the nero program is on will not run on my computer. after putting the cd into its slot in my tower, nothing happens, even when i click on my cd drive in 'my computer' section, nothing happens.
