anyway to check iso for bad sector & such b4 burning?

    You could just mount it to a virtual drive and watch it.

    mount it with daemon tool

    Set it to playing before you go to bed. If it makes it all the way through chances are it's good.

    if it is a backup of your discs you could try using MD5 verifiers...
    creat a MD5 checksum for the originals and then check it for the copy...
    also you can get programs that open ISO files and such and can check for bad sectors...
