yes a new titlle from sony, can not seem to decrypt it with the newest version of dvd decrypter, anyone have any luck?
I decrypted it with AnyDVD ... The newest version of DVDFabDecrypter is supposed to do it, also ... http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvdfab_decrypter.cfm
I did a search on the search button above (when in the forum area), using the term lod. For Lords of Dogtown. Here are some of the discussion threads on that. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/233562 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/235985 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/237424 http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/237397 and you can narrow the search down by typing out the whole name... Basically it is new encryption. Now defeated by AnyDVD, DVD Fab Decrypter, and probably others. Read the threads linked above, and you will find answers to all your questions. Oh, and tiberous welcome to AD if no one has welcomed you yet..
Dvdfab decrypter express v 2.9.5.0 to hard drive Anydvd 5.4.4.1 running in the background Dvd shrink 3.2 to fish out the files from hard drive to compress Burn with nero or dvd decrypter I couldn't get dvdfab decrypter to work.It did just like dvd decrypter did, placed the files on my harddrive, but dvd shrink couldn't open them. BTW, If you reauthor via dvd shrink : Edit out the beginning part with the frame start feature. Cut out the columbia pictures trade mark of lady liberty and start it at the tristar trademark. This area is causing a black screen at beginning of the re-authored main movie only backup. The backups will play, but takes a little longer to get to the movie. Cutting the lady liberty trade mark took care of the black screen. Good Luck
Yeah all same problems for me too, in the end it came down to using the latest AnyDVD and DVDfab then Shrink without altering the disc at all and it came out perfect.
