I've been archiving my DVDs to Nero Digital (.mp4) format and recently updated to the latest updates. After the new update, I tried recoding a DVD to Nero Digital format using the default settings (which worked before). After 12 hours, Icome back to check on it and notice I have a minute left. I check the file being created and its like 2GB big (I initially selected 1.4GB 8cm DVD disc). Well, when it gone done, I check the file and its only 2MB big?!?! I play the newly created file and it shows like 1 minute of the DVD?!? Anyone know why this happened? This is the second time its happened. The only thing different that I did was update the files. There is 6gb of space on my HD and I change none of the default settings. Can someone help me out?
Ok, I tried it a third time after reinstalling and it happened again. This time the final file ended up being 400mb instead of 1.4GB. Its really getting frustrating. Can anyone offer any insight on my issue?
