I am new at burning CD's and would like to know how to do multiple sessions on a CD-RW to store data files?
My writer is a TDK 40/12/48x with TDK Digital Mixmaster (and Nero)5.1.
    Your help is greatly appreciated!_X_X_X_X_X_[small]roperman[/small]

The first time you record on the CD have to select CD-ROM (ISO) and then 'Start Multisession CD' in the 'Multissession' section of the 'Write CD' dialog.
The 'Finalize CD' on the Burn window must be unchecked.

To burn more stuff on the same CD (burned as decribed above) you again select 'CD-ROM(ISO)' but this time you select 'Continue Multisession CD'.

You can go recording stuff again until
    1) you close the disc ('Finalize CD')
    2) there is no more space on CD (each session will waste 30 MB of disk space)

Please note that multisession (= multiple writing) is allowed either in CD-R or CD-RW BUT CANNOT BE USED FOR AUDIO CD. You can only burn multisession data CD.
