Is there a copyright thing on The Sims Unleashed? I tried making a copy from my sisters so we can use it at the same time on both computers, but when I try to run it, it says "Please insert CD-rom." the file size of the burnt cd and the original is exactly the same. I don't get it. And if there is a copyright protection on it, does anybody know of a crack? Thanks. O, and if you need to know, I used CloneCD.
The Sims is Safedisc / Safedisc v2 protected. We cannot help you in cracking it (we don't do that) but may suggest you to use the proper backup setting in CloneCD. Look in this forum thread (next time you might want to use the 'search' command by yourself...) http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/23699 Please note that sometimes (but I don't know if this is the case) only one of the CDs (the second one) is protected, so adjust all settings properly.
