Up to a few weeks ago I was able to run dvdsanta fine. I was encoding avi files to burn to dvd. My problem now is that it will encode the file, I get the prompt to burn dvd, but when I choose the option I get the message "unable to reserve track". My player is NEC DVD_RW ND-1300A 1.06. I would appreciate any assistance on this. Tech support from dvdsanta site is non-existant.

If the encoding goes fine, then you may just try burn with e.g. Nero. DVDSanta does not burn that well anyway.
