DOT HALO help needed Modding help

    Please someone help me with dot halo. I don't care if your new to it, just figured it out, or the maker of it. But someone please tell me what i need 2 set it up and how to work it and anything you no about it.

    You have to make it with adobe photoshop, then get it hosted by some site. http://www.good-tutorials.com/ has good tutorials on adobe photoshop, but all I did was spray paint a backround, erased around 2 pics, draged them over the backround, then wrote my name...
