hey, i made a new one i know this question is geting old but the old forums did not help me iight, well i have a normal xbox no mods nothing i dont know if you need a special program to make it work but i cant do it i have a router, tryed every ***** ftp program and the noraml ftp://xbox:xbox(xbox ip here) thing it dont work either im geting really mad and dont know what to do and i have changed my xbox ip a **** load no luck with any of the forums i read that told me to do that, and i know my dhcp on my computer is on and i dont know how to turn it on on my xbox CAUSE ITS A NORMAL ONE any ways any help would be nice thanx, and if i dont get any luck soon i will torcer my xbox AND MAIL IT TO BILL GATES AND SAY I HATE XBOX AND YOU, YOU **** DONT PUT A DIRTY DISC ERROR ON THE XBOX 360 OR I WILL KILL YOU, YOU ***** ***** ***** LOL, and i could just put it on my computer as a slave but i would have to go out and buy ****** TORC SCREWS and i dont want to BUY NO *** *** SCREWS JUST TO MOD MY ***** XBOX
IIGHT DONT ANWSER THIS FORUM, SINCE I WAS SO EGER TO FTP I SKIPED THOUGH A PART WHER SOME ONE SAID "YOU CANT FTP ON A NORMAL DASHBOARD" LLUCKY I STAYED UP MOST THE NIGHT LOOKING FOR THAT IT WOUL HELP IF SOME ON POSTED THAT AT THE BEGINING OF A FORUM SINCE I HAVE WASTED A WHOLE OH BUT IF ANY one has any links on how to get a modded dashboard it would help and im sorry for my caps and maddness thanx
do some research mate, i would recommend you softmod your xbox, once youve done that you can install your choice of dash board, i would goo with unleash x dash. and who ever told you that you can ftp with out a modded xbox is a big idiot cause there woulnt be all this fuss about how to mod/softmod an xbox. DO SOME RESEARCH, AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND BETTER, TRUST ME XBOX DOES NOT SUCK, ITS VERY EFECTIVE WHEN MODDING, IT THE ESAISET TO MOD/MOD GAMES. and im not yelling! lol

why is it that despite the hundreds of "I can't FTP" and "Need help FTP'ing" threads and even a stickied FTP thread that we STILL get people whining about not being able to ftp. Grrrr, makes me nuts
You know the funny thing is I can understand their problem, to this day I cannot FTP into EvoX! I have to install another Dash like Avalaunch via a Disc (Slayers, Auto Installer Deluxe etc.) before I can FTP, I have come by only one EvoX I was able to FTP into and that amazed me!
