I have a Karaoke DVD and I'm trying to convert it to xVid Files. But some of the tracks gives me a mpeg2dec error - error while reading input file.

I tried more than 20 diferent programs...

The strange thing is if a try to see this DVD, i can see all the tracks without any problem.

Example:I can see all the tracks with InterVideo WinDVD 4 with no problems at all, but when i use InterVideo DVDCopy 4 to convert the tracks the program blocks in some tracks.

Also tried to convert to diferent file types (Divx, VCD, SVCD) but there is always the same problem.

    Thanks in advanced

    1) Did you try ImToo DVD Ripper?

    2) Sometimes it works better if you first rip the dvd to harddisk.

    Good luck!

I try that software too ImToo DVD Ripper. And I riped the DVD to my hard drive first with DVD Decrypter first. It makes no diference.

    But thanks anyway.

Is there anyway of record the desktop with sound? This way i could use the player to play the tracks and record it.
