I'm wanting to make a highlight video for one of my wrestling friends (videos of HIS matches, so I'm not pirating anything), and I was wanting to know which of the following would be the best and have what I want (which is: can do sounds/music/voices over the main audio, can speedup/slowdown the motion, and can let me add in text).

The ones I have to choose from that I own are:

    Adobe After Effects
    Adobe Premiere
    Adobe Encore
    DVD Express
    Nero 6

You bought all of those and you don't know what they do?
    For editing, go with Premiere.

Pretty much. Got them in a yard sale, but no instructions. Thanks for the feedback :)
