I need to vent. I am a salesman. When a customer asks me a question I give a direct answer. I have gone back 4 times with DVD-Cloner trying to get a direct answer. Is the software available on disk or only downloaded? All I get for an answer is if you are unhappy with our service send them back an email. What the hell is that? Aren't you customer service, and I did not complain I asked a question. If I wanted a download I could have given Herman Steet $29.95 instead of paying RegNow $59.95. I sent them back an email and told them I surrender you already have my money I guess I will download the program from RegNow. I downloaded and it comes with no instructions. Hey, not everybody is familiar with working with DVD copying. This is my first crack at it. I only have one DVD player and if i want to copy my dvd do I first copy it to the hard drive and then tell DVD where to copy from? I emailed them again and we will see what happens. Am I wrong shouldn't I expect "how to" instructions? VENTED!
Your experience is typical of the customer service that you get with DVD Cloner 11. No help. I got suckered into it as well so don't feel too bad. Go the the software download page and download DVDdecrypter and DVDshrink. They are free proggys and will serve you well. I also purchased anyDVD and CloneDVD2 as well and they work and have good help info. Read around this site and you will soon be backuping your DVD's with ease. Look at the guides at the beginning of the forum. Lots of help here. Excellent reading in all forums. Great advice as well. Read the forum rules as well.
Well I f they told you that you can get you money back I would suggest you do just that. Then click on that link in my signature that says newbies and read threw it you will learn a lot. If you want to just get started right away with copying a DVD then click on the link in my sig that says Guides all the software you need to backup your movies is there and free too. I would suggest you read the newbie link though so you can fet a better understanding of backing up your DVD's Cheers
