Hey guys just asking for some advice. I have been an advid fan of DVD Shrink and well it's starting to fail on me quite frequently on the decrypting part. altho I used to use Decrypter I heard it has some nasty spyware in the program.
Any advice on some other programs that will remove the encryption on DVD's. I haven't been reading up too much in the last year cuase DVD shrink has been working just fine.
I appreciate all the help that anyone offers.
    Curt.

I am not aware of any spyware in DVDdecrypter (free proggy). You can also try DVD43 or the trial version (21days) of anyDVD.

Read up - tons of info at this site regarding this issue.

I have never seen (or heard of) any spyware attached to decryptor. I am super anal about that kinda stuff (especially on the notebook) so I make sure I run a scan (or two or three or four :)) every week. I downloaded decryptor onto my notebook a day after I received it in the mail and I've had no traces of spyware on it.
I, along with the other members here, will attest to how great decryptor is. If you haven't given it a shot, just try it.

thanks guys but I've tried DVD Decrypter and it works great, but Microsoft antispyware picks it up everytime it scans. I promptly removed it.
thanks for the other two mentions.

False alarm only. There's absolutely no spyware in Decrypter if you had downloaded it from the normal sites.

You could try DVD Fab also, it works like a charm.
