key exchange for DVD protection failed error message during DVD play back

    Win XP Pro

    Always was able to watch DVD's using WMP, REAL PLAYER, and Media Matics.

    The error started after trying to save the music from a live concert into MP3. I read through this forum and decided to install DVD Decrypter / stream processing. It created a folder in C:\Corrs with many large files. Wasn't sure what to do with them and now I get error message:
    "Key exchange for DVD protection failed" Media matics now closing.

    Please help with any ideas.

    Try uninstall of DVDdecrypter and a fresh reinstall.

    It worked. now back to where I started.

    Whats the best way to create MP3's from DVD. I like the freeware ones the best like DVD decryptor but not sure what I'm doing. Thanks 9 mmruger1
