Can anyone please help? No matter what i try i cannot seem to get any audio from my dvd's. The picture quality is excellent but no sound. I have audio because i can play mp3's, audio cds and cds and i hear everything. I have installed AC3 filter but still no luck. I am using windows media player by the way if that is any help. Please can someone help me?
You probably just don't have the necessary codecs. Try download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (full or mega version). It also comes with an all purpose media player --- Media Player Classic: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm Good luck!
you can make sure that you enabled your media player to play DVDs......go to TOOLS and select OPTIONS then hit the tab FILE TYPE make sure that all is selected and try again.
